- Portfolio of design projects
- Experience in responsive web design, user-centered design thinking, concepting, usability, and accessibility.
- Our products are web-based so your good understanding of HTML, CSS and JS capabilities and familiarity with common UI frameworks is considered a big plus.
- Can iterate with low-fidelity sketches of workflows and translate those into beautiful high-fidelity designs using Design tools.
- Comfortable with conducting your own research when necessary or using analytics, research findings, and user inputs to iterate and optimize your design.
- Advanced knowledge of design and prototyping with Figma and experience with other design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InVision, ....
- Experience with design systems and style guides

Your mission
As a designer at the Design Studio your mission will be to: - Create unique, high-quality interfaces that express our brand promise: Safe & Simple.
- Understand and analyse the project context: user and business needs, the market and the competitors, as well as the technical constraints
- Dissect problems and explore concepts and solutions
- Create hi-fi mock-ups, illustrations, icons and animation
- Make interactive prototypes using Figma (or equivalent)
- Present your work to your designer colleagues and project team and iterate
- Provide support to our marketing and development teams
- Join sprint reviews to assure compliance with design and guidelines
- When necessary, follow up the work of external designers to make sure it fits our guidelines and digital ecosystem

Background and hard skills You are our ideal candidate if: - You have an educational background in applied arts, graphic design, design and visual communication, product design, interaction design, UX design or digital creation .
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least 3 years of experience
- You master visual design. Your visual work is precise and you pay special attention to details.
- You have experience with Design Systems & Agile methodologies
- You are fluent in English (bonus: you also speak French and/or German)
- Big bonus: you are interested in copywriting or sound design and have some experience in this area

| illustrator Posted: 06 Jul 2022 05:30 AM PDT I am looking for an illustrator who can make very simple drawings (line art) of a (child-friendly) bear. The drawings will be placed over (simple) photos and are intended to be used in a game where a parent with cancer can talk to young children. For example the theme 'extreme fatigue': a sleeping line art bear over a photo of a sofa in shades of gray. Or a bear walking a long road with her child: the road to recovery can be a long one. Of course I can give more details. This is the idea in a nutshell. |
