Results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist Needed - Upwork

We are looking for a results-driven digital marketing specialist with the technical and marketing know-how to take charge of our B2B digital marketing for customer acquisition efforts.

The primary focus is on Google paid media. However, I want someone that takes an integrative approach, looking at the digital customer journey in its entirety to optimize and achieve results.

I am looking for a self-starter with a passion for achieving measurable results through planning, execution, and analysis. Someone that is data-driven and proactive, with an ability to develop creative solutions. Providing clear reporting on progress and results is an absolute MUST.

Responsibilities include:
* day-to-day management of paid media campaigns to generate qualified sales leads
*manage budget to meet optimal CPA
* manage audience segments and differentiated strategies to target and acquire
*oversee ad creative development
*understand our target audience - who they are, where they spend time, and how they communicate.
* updated knowledge of digital media targeting and tracking capabilities.
*report on results

Must be curious - striving to increase marketing performance by leveraging your technical expertise in Google Ads and the paid media ecosystem. BRING YOUR IDEAS. This is a collaborative environment with lots of autonomy and the only requirement is you see what's possible.

Success is based entirely on your ability to generate qualified sales leads of a desired size and type within acceptable cost ranges.

The primary focus is on Google paid media but should be able to look across the digital marketing landscape and create an integrated plan for Facebook as well as retargeting.

This is a monthly project with the potential for long-term. Must be located within the Eastern time zone.  NO AGENCIES PLEASE

PPC ads expert for Facebook AND TikTok - Upwork

Hello, I am a PPC expert and know Facebook and TikTok like second nature. I have spent millions of dollars on the platforms, so I know an expert when I see an expert. I own a digital agency and I am looking to add a team member to work in tandem with me. Preferably someone who wants to just run ads and knows strategy is a perfect fit. I am really busy with clients and can always get more I just need someone to share the workload with me. Please only apply if you are okay working with a remote agency in Southern California.
