  • We need an illustrator to match a well-known animator's style to create a hand-drawn logo in the style of the project, and possibly future work as well. The ideal candidate is someone who's creative with a sense of visual humor and a fun attitude, open to additional freelance work once this contract concludes.

Thane graduated Summa Cum Laude from Purdue University, specializing in Nutrition and Holistic Medicine.

Cynthia is a craniofacial disability activist, fashion model, and graduate student with a Master's degree in Public Health from Purdue University. A high-school and college dropout, she bravely persevered in the face of rejection and began earning her college degrees after returning to school. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate's Degree in Business Administration.

Cynthia has overcome many chronic health conditions caused by Treacher Collins Syndrome, a genetic birth defect that affects the bones, muscles, and soft tissues of the face and skull. To date, she's undergone 16+ reconstructive plastic surgeries.

Position Overview:

AOB Creates some of the industry's most popular accessories for the outdoor enthuses. We are looking for creatives to produce captivating, motion graphics, short/long form films, presentations, product demo videos, lifestyle photography, vlogs, livestream events and product photography. We are looking for well-rounded, storytelling, creatives to add to our world-class team. You will work with direction from higher-level Visual Content Producers. As a Visual Content Producers, you will be asked to work as a team with Brand Mangers, Engineers, Graphic Designers, and other Visual Content Producers to collaborate on projects spanning multiple brands and categories under the American Outdoor Brand Accessories Division. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and experience with understanding of the industry.

Creative Producer, Photo & Video

VinePair, the country's largest media company for the drinks industry, is seeking a Creative Producer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about producing photography and video for media in the food and beverage space, and excited to join a fast-paced newsroom in a dynamic startup environment. This position will work closely with the Brand Partnerships and Editorial teams under the direction of our Art Director.

 

Responsibilities

Photography

  • Work closely with the art team to ideate photography standards that are within VinePair's visual style.
  • Shoot product and still life in-studio, as well as on location in various environments.
  • Edit, retouch, color-correct and own all aspects of post-production.
  • Contribute ideas for photo essays and visual editorial projects.
  • Help manage VinePair photo studio, maintaining equipment, props, and set design materials.

 

Video

  • Brainstorm social video ideas that are consistent with trends on social platforms and translate them to VinePair's drinks content.
  • Produce multiple social videos per week for distribution across relevant platforms, working with Social Editor to ensure videos are optimized for all mediums (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok).
  • Edit, retouch, and optimize social videos in post production.
  • Manage VinePair's TikTok account and post in-app directly.
  • Work with the editorial team on best practices to amplify editorial content to quick and digestible social video.
  • Oversee video production for recording across the VinePair Podcast Network.

 

Miscellaneous

Position Overview:

We are looking for creatives who can assist in producing creative assets that best represent our brands and products we launch.   Assist in generating consumer packaging, catalogs, print/digital advertisements, and in-store merchandising solutions. We are looking for creatives to add to our world-class team. You will work with direction from your Creative Supervisor. You will be asked to work as a team with others to collaborate on projects spanning multiple brands and categories under the American Outdoor Brand Accessories Division. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and willing to learn what it takes to create industry disturbing content.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Designs e-mail marketing assets, digital display advertisements and assets for our D2C websites.
  • Designing assets for the brand catalog.
  • Provide design assistance with packaging updates.
  • Organizes and maintains the planogram library for sales initiatives.
  • Identifies and creates the new assets needed for the catalog/packaging to maintain a fresh look and feel.
  • Ensures projects and programs are executed efficiently and cost-effectively with direction from the Supervisor.
  • Aid Visual Design Team in graphic elements needed to generate creative content for the team and occasionally clipping images. 
  • Aid content team and ecommerce team in content creation. 
  • Maintain good housekeeping in personal area and all common areas.
  • Brand Team and Creative Supervisor to understand brand lane priorities and project deliverables
  • Project manage individual workload

Position Overview:

  • Creates and oversees all brand standards and guidelines as set forth by the Creative Director.
  • Creates or aids the day-to-day design of graphic and visual projects.
  • Coordinate and partner with external marketing partners such as agencies, and customers' marketing departments to create opportunities and solutions 
  • Report to project updates and overall employee updates to the creative director.
  • Constructs, manages and executes assets for all planogram, PDQ and merchandising options.
  • Ensures projects and programs are executed efficiently and planned out well in advance.
  • Responsible for managing the team with the storage structure of creative assets that support the brands. 
  • Consistently look for ways to improve efficiency.
  • Create and supports computer generated image design projects to minimize cost, and efficiently present packaging design options. 
  • Willingness to travel 10-25% of the time.
  • Take on additional projects as needed.
  • Manage registered trademark guides.
  • Ability to present ideas to a large or diverse audience.
  • Manage overarching projects such as annual catalogs.
  • Aid both Design and Visual team in day-to-day project management (utilizing project management software) while collaborating cross departmentally with other supervisors.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or certificate in related field and 7 years' experience
  • 2+ years' experience in a leadership role
  • Proficient knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite software
  • Knowledge or experience in 3D is a plus but not required (Keyshot, Sketch-up or Solidworks)
  • Experience with outdoor industry
  • Understanding of successful in-store merchandising solutions (displays and packaging)
  • Understanding of all stages of creative asset production
  • Strong visual, photo, video and graphical editing capabilities 
  • Experience with Project management (we utilize HIVE project management solution) 
  • Experience with catalog, packaging, print and digital design
