For each client closed, you will recieve a flat fee of 50% of how much they are closed for. For example, if you close a client for $1000 monthly, you will recieve a $500 one-time payment on that client. Build a smartphone friendly website that has a admin area and a user page that updates constantly - Upwork

I require a website to be built that looks amazing on a smartphone

It can be hosted at AWS/Azure/Other but needs to be scalable if this idea takes off and has lots of users.

SQL database is preferred but open to suggestions

Each admin user is it's own entity with their own data.  Viewing users are just people looking at a page that pulls data from that admins data.  Viewing users do not need a login or an account.

Has an admin page which a user sets up a current status and then a user page which changes when the admin user changes the current status.

I have the mockups and 6 pages are required to be built for the entire application.   The logic of each area is written out in the mockup.  I will be creating a table diagram shortly.

Beginning usage will be maybe 2 admin users and 100 viewing users
If it takes off 400+ admin users and 1000+ viewing users.

Knowing how to do web payments is nice to have but not required.

For later to think about but not do
- If we have thousands of admins do we want to create 1 DB with all events or a database for each admin user?
- Not sure if we can have multiple SQL databases in different regions of the world and when the user signs up it puts their data in the closest region of the world?
- maybe a move to history function so that only
-Eventually the website will be hosted in multiple regions around the world rather than from here in Canada\USA
