ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the strategy and execution of social media across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, & Pinterest. The goal is to increase followers and engagement.

Strategize, create, and execute monthly content plans that align with the overall content theme for that month, with approval from the creative director. Create, maintain and update in plan in Monday.

Report to Ci’s Head of Creative and work together for in creating social content plans
Lead two 30 min marketing calls for collaborating with the marketing team and contractors to understand current marketing initiatives and strategies and plan to leverage the social media space.

Responsible for publishing content across all social channels, that is in line with appropriate branding.

Responsible for coordinating all social content from start to finish. This includes reviewing and approving content created by other contractors.

See that monthly giveaways are outlined and delivered on.

Ensure all commenting and direct messaging across all social channels is responded to.
Leverage measurement tools to provide progress reports and mine insights, while continually finding ways to improve on those metrics by working with the social marketing team to hone in on content that resonates.

Engage with influencers and create conversations with industry leaders in the social space.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Available daily (Mon-Fri) during business hours (8-5pm ET), and can dedicate at least 10-15 hours/week.

Experience with social media platforms, including, but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, & Pinterest.
Experience with developing strategies for individual social media campaigns in different channels.
Experience with leveraging social media management and analytics tools, including, suggesting what would be best for achieving our current goals
Experience writing, editing, and crafting content for the social media space.
Working knowledge and real-world experience in managing, strategizing, and executing social media initiatives.
Real-world experience planning social media programs that span owned (eg Blogs), organic and paid.
Knowledge of Digital Marketing current best practices and understanding of Digital production processes.
Knowledge of social media legal guidelines.
Knowledge of Strategic planning and processes for brand management and creative development.
Knowledge of media strategy and planning options and the media role in integrated communication.

NOTE:
This is a 1099 contractor role, paid through UpWork
You must be available during regular business hours.

Need help building a lead generation webinar funnel - Upwork

I am building a lead generation funnel for my business and need some help in the implementation.

Facebook and YouTube ads will direct prospects to a landing page inviting them to watch a webinar. There are two paths: a recorded webinar that's instantly available and a live webinar hosted once every two weeks. I expect each path will have separate ads and run in parallel.

The landing pages are in unbounce. when someone registers, that information is passed into activecampaign and they are taken to an unbounce page that hosts the recorded webinar. they also receive an email with the link to the webinar so they can review later.

Ultimately, they are invited after watching the webinar to schedule an appointment. This is handled in scheduleonce and the info is passed to activecampaign.

The actions of the prospect are tracked and different email flows will exist for people who register and don't view, people who view but don't schedule an appointment, etc. this requires an integration between unbounce, activecampaign, and scheduleonce.

The same flow exists for the live webinar. except that the live webinar is held on zoom and requires different integrations to email reminders in advance of the live webinar and to track users who register but don't show, watch but don't schedule, etc.

I have most of the unbounce work done, but I really need help with activecampaign and the integrations.
