We are a real estate firm based in Maryland.  We are looking to build an outbound sales engine that helps us with prospecting and appointment scheduling for our real estate transactions. We need to hire multiple people for these roles.  Ideal candidate for us is someone who has:  
- Experience in sales and cold calls
- Call center experience preferred
- Sample call and an ability to communicate flawlessly in English  
- Understanding of the basics of the real estate market preferred

- We need to build the system to a point where we are getting a minimum of 20 qualified leads per week.

Interested in having an email campaign where we are continually targeting verified (scrubbed) business owner emails in certain areas and industries (this can be certain targeted SIC/NAICS codes if that makes your life easier).
