We have a google ads account that we've been running for a while with 6 campaigns enabled for two software products we sell. We'd like an outside party to take a look at how the account is being run and make any suggestions to improve it - e.g. bid strategy, keywords, budget, targets. There is an opportunity for a broader relationship depending on how this audit goes.

We are looking for a PPC Specialist to build, manage, and report on PPC campaigns.

In this role, you should be well-versed in principles of pay-per-click advertising for both Google Ads and Facebook (Meta) Ads. You should also be analytical and good with numbers.

Beyond a strong proficiency in all things PPC, we are looking for someone with strong communication skills, very personable (think Starbucks barista), and highly organized.
Responsibilities

Participate in forming effective paid search & paid social strategies
Launch and optimize various PPC campaigns
Oversee accounts on various ad platforms
Be involved in keyword selection and audience targeting
Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)
Write ad copy
Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels

Requirements and skills
Proven experience as a PPC Specialist or Digital Marketing Specialist
Experience in data analysis and reporting
At least 5 years of recent experience with Google Ads (Search / Display) & Facebook Ads is a must
Working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Agency Analytics, etc.)
Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus
Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)
Excellent communication skills
Analytical thinking with strong math skills
BSc/BA in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field is a plus
AdWords certification is a plus

Hourly Range: $20.00-$25.00

Looking for a marketing specialist to help coordinate our Google Ad Remarketing Campaigns and Google Search Ads

I) Google Ad Remarketing Campaigns:
Setup and monitor Google Ad Remarketing campaigns to ensure ads (creatives will be provided to you) are approved by the network after setup, running, and generating metrics, staying within a provided budget, and reaching a provided metrics goal.

II) Google Search Ads:
Setup and monitor Google Search Ads (keywords will be provided to you) and their integration from Google Ad Networks to Google Analytics; any insight into helping to optimize the existing search ads in progress would be preferable.

Ideally, proficient in GA4 and can work within a custom setup reporting / create custom reporting (as needed) in Google Analytics to track unique clicks to the ad headlines and site extensions for each google ads.

Setup will include campaign bulk upload as well.

Overall, this person should be:
◉ Knowledgeable in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Exploration Free Form.
◉ Login daily (1-2x/day; Mon-Fri) to monitor the campaigns
◉ Communicate daily progress updates of campaigns
◉ Help provide reporting of campaigns (as needed/as requested)
◉ Open to interface with our small team via Slack
