I am looking to set up a search engine just for the HVAC industry. I show up in google add works as a "Search Engine " for your HVAC needs. We then will find 5 to 10 local companies to bid on their job. Like Kayak did to the travel industry we want to do the same to the HVAC industry.
So if someone wants a replacement for a Package Unit AC. They can take pictures of the unit and upload it to the site. Then local HVAC companies can bid on the job, This is kind of a hybrid between Kayak and Upwork. Then the customer can pick the HVAC company to install there unit. They put half down on the website and then balance will be collected from the HVAC company. The problem with the industry is everyone wants to come to an estimate. We want to do this all online with either an app

Our law firm, Rastegar Law Group, is looking for someone to manage our Google Ads. Our goal is to get as many quality leads as possible. In short, your main job is to optimize our Google Ads to generate leads who have been treated unfairly by their employers (the bigger the employer, the better). Search "Los Angeles Employment Attorney" on Google to get a better idea of the competition. Essentially all the employment firms are trying to do the same thing (get good leads).

We have a talented graphic designer who works for us full time which you will work with and you will be able to assign design projects to him such as making ad artwork for a Facebook ad or making a new landing page on our website (he is a very talented artist but doesn't quite have extensive technical SEM skills).

You will be given your own work email address and be required to use it for all logins and correspondence. It is our policy not to allow access any other way. You will need to use Google Chat via the work email we give you for chat communications.

We will pay for the actual advertisement cost (AKA: Ad-spend) and for each lead that comes in via Google Ads that converts into a retained case, you will be paid $100.00 which is paid to you at the end of the month.
