Qualifications:
At least 3 years of administrative experience relating to Sales and Marketing
Strong  written, oral  and verbal communication skills
Ability to pay attention to detail
Must be organized and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork
Skilled in time management
Basic understanding of frequently used computer software and programs such as MS Office
Interpersonal Skills
Must understand or demonstrate a high proficiency with Sales and Marketing terminology and business focused strategies
An understanding and appreciation of Sales, Marketing, B2B, CRM.
Ability to constantly improve and optimize
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in:
Hubspot
Microsoft excel (advanced)
Powerpoint (advanced)

Hi.

This job has 2 parts:

1. Make a few small changes to some of the existing pages on my DIVI built wordpress site. (1-2 hours) - site is already built, just needs a couple of tweaks. www.cfwelburn.com

2. Spend an hour with me on Zoom with screen share, to walk me through how to make my own blog posts. The blog is already there, but I just don't know how to create new posts in the existing format. (1 hour)

The ideal candidate will know the DIVI builder inside out and be able to explain a few simple processes.
