I am opening an ecommerce business and looking for someone with good teaching skills to teach me the basics of how to create Facebook ads. I would like to do this over Zoom so that you can be "looking over my shoulder" and guiding/explaining/correcting me as we go.

I need a contract/agreement for future clients of a marketing consultancy agency that will be agreed to both online and in person. The clients are other companies. The company is in NYC.

It's a monthly service agreement for a fixed price with the following items included:

- Client agrees to pay a monthly retainer fee for the company's services. One monthly retainer fee covers services done for all days  up until the same day of the following month. For example, an agreement signed on February 13th will  be active up until 11:59 P.M of March 12th.

- Client agrees that once the agreement is signed and payment is received, there is no refund. However, the company's recurring services can be cancelled at any time.

- Client agrees to a recurring monthly service charge of a fixed amount - that is subject to change - that will be charged to the payment method(s) provided. They may cancel the upcoming recurring payment anytime before the renewal date.

- Client agrees to grant access to any relevant social media accounts or accounts in other categories that the company needs to fulfill services requested. Client also agrees to allow individuals affiliated with the company to use the access to provide services.

- Client allows us to post content online and otherwise on the client's company behalf

- Client agrees to receive the following services upon request. Services provided include: advertising, web hosting, web design, web development, graphic design, search engine optimization, PPC, A/B test and copy, social media management, performance reports, brand management, review management, content marketing, email marketing etc.

- Client acknowledges that information provided through our services is based off of both independent and third party assessments and is therefore subject to those assessments. (Basically they get what they get and they don't get upset)
