Help Fix Google Ad Placement For My Blog - Upwork

I want someone to fix some of the ad placement for my website (https://parker-marker.com)
My current solution is to use auto generated ad placement but I would be interested in hearing if manually placed ads would be better.

My site also needs a fix because it is not showing sidebar ads. I have attached an image to show this issue.

There are also many ad white space issues on my homepage that need fixing. I have attached those images as well.

Currently, we're looking for a senior paid media manager with at least 5 years of advertising experience to oversee ~30 client accounts that may be running ads on Google/Bing Search, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
