Create composite Google maps for market estimation - Upwork

I am a US investor looking to estimate market size for the products that the companies I invest in could potentially sell to.

NEEDED:
Four maps, each with two layers.
Each map should cover the entirety of one of the four regions attached.
Each map should consist of lossless (original quality) map data from Google maps, at the exact level of detail of the attached demonstration image.
Maps should be seamless composites of Google Maps images, with all text and map features perfectly clear (as in the example shown)
Remove all non-map artifacts (e.g. UI elements and labels, data notes, anything else on map images)
Deliver the maps as:
1 TIFF of region 1 satellite images.
1 TIFF of region 1 plan images.
1 TIFF of region 2 satellite images.
1 TIFF of region 2 plan images.
1 TIFF of region 3 satellite images.
1 TIFF of region 3 plan images.
1 TIFF of region 4 satellite images.
1 TIFF of region 4 plan images.
Deliver the same 8 images (above) also as PNG files.
TIFF files should have 1 layer, use LZW lossless compression.
Plan and satellite images of the same area should overlay perfectly and have the same pixel dimensions.

Deliver files via DropBox transfer.

Registered Agent & Physical Address Las Vegas Nevada Needed GMB - Upwork

Dear Registered Agent Community:

We are looking for a Las Vegas resident who is willing to be our registered agent so we can activate our GMB since we are no longer doing business with an old partner and can no longer use his place of residence.

We would be willing to pay a yearly fee and a monthly fee for mail forwarding to my house in MN.

This is a long shot asking for this request, but hopefully someone is out there that can help.
