Build a Responsive & Innovative website for a School - Upwork

Hello,

I need a talented professional to build a website for a school at a fixed rate.

This is for a Daycare, Preschool, and eventually an Elementary School will be added next year.

Here are the requirements:

- The website must be easy to navigate with nicely organized tabs

- It must be easy to load both in computer, tablets , Android & IOS mobile devices.

- It must contain a form where parents can directly submit inquiries for school registration / “registration form”

- NO payment will be collected on the site!

- We want to be able to export the students registration form information into an Excel spreadsheet (I hope that’s doable)

- The website must be easy to update: usual updates with occasional photos of students, Graduation class, school events, school trips, etc…

- There must be a front page banner for important announcements and reminders to parents (like school Closure, open houses, etc…)

- The website must  also contain a form for “General inquiries /Contact Us”. The online inquiry should come straight in a form of an email notification

- The website must be integrated with Google Maps / so the school can be found on Google

- The school’s social media pages must be integrated in the website so, if visitors click on the Facebook or Instagram icon, they land straight to the School’s social media page.

- Must be able to integrate a YouTube video on the website for occasional videos (but not a priority)

- The site must be very secure and difficult to hack!

- It should be in French & English. It’s a bilingual school, based in Africa! French is the primarily language, so the English translation feature is important also.  You can build the site in English but have a French tab for the translated version.

- The idea is to eventually have more school sites throughout the city. So please keep that in mind as you build the website! Leave room to add /updates (address of the new sites) as they are addressed over time.

In summary, here are the key features that are important to us:
- Make updates easily without needing to hire a professional.
- Use an inexpensive, but good Web-host
- Produce an elegant, innovative and easy to navigate website….
- Make it very secure
