We are looking for a paid social media contractor to partner with our internal agency team to manage our ongoing retainer clients' ad campaigns on a variety of paid social platforms - Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. We have a Google Ads specialist so Google is not needed.

We would ideally like to test out a 3-6 month relationship with the potential to expand. Starting out at 10-15 hours per month and can easily expand to 30+ hours per month given the right fit.

We work with a variety of clients (B2B, quick service restaurants, higher education) on their paid social marketing campaigns at varying ad spends (anywhere from $250/month up to $4k/month). Our team develops all of the media assets (videos, photos, etc.) and can write ad campaign copy but if this person is a strong ad copywriter then that would be ideal.

Ideally this person will:
- Set up ad campaigns
- Write ad copy
- Optimize campaigns
- Manage bids and budgets to achieve the client's objectives
- Provide monthly performance reporting and analysis narrative
- Provide strategic recommendations
