I have worked extensively with shopify support and attempted to contact facebook support to no avail. I am hours and hours in. I cannot figure out how to solve the loop of errors I am caught in. I need someone who has a solid understanding of Meta verse and commerce accounts. Currently Shopify has left me with the advice to "contact facebook, it's not working". I am encountering a "permissions settings" issue with facebook that I cannot for the life of me figure out and after a week I still haven't heard back from facebook support, nor do I expect to. My hope is that someone who understands how all of these systems work together much better than I do can set up Instagram shopping so that it just takes the customer directly to my shopify product page linked to a post or ad. Our travel platform message is unique and very competitive. We do not handle the final booking process, this is the user flow:
